 Most of us are conscious of our health, we generally try to get enough sleep, exercise, try to eat right food and adopt good habits associated with healthy living.

But are we specifically focus on the immune system as the core of good health? Strong and healthy immune system is not attain because of good habits. If we want to enjoy long term good health and protection from disease it is absolutely essential to have a strong immune system.

The foods we eat has impact on immune system than anything else. So, it is important you eat balanced diet though you still need to take some steps further.

The immune system is a complex and intricate defense system that fight against harmful substances called antigens.

This amazing network of cells, tissues and organs work tremendously to detect any harmful invaders that enter our body (viruses, microbes, parasites and bacteria).

The immune system in our body system are programmed to know these antigens ranging from cold to cancer antigens.

We are always bombarded with these harmful substances every second of our lives. We breathe in the air, we touch some, some are on  surfaces and even in food we eat but thank to our immune system which is able to detect the majority of these before they can get into our system. While our immune system fight those antigens we go on our normal daily activities.

This is why we need to boost the immune system to enable it fights those enemy.
