Six Ways to Prevent Stretch Marks

 There are many myths surrounding stretch marks. They can happen to young and old, men and women. 

Stretch marks can be anywhere on the body. There are several reasons stretch marks can develop, from dietary changes to physical changes to environmental factors. There are many ways as well to reduce or prevent the marks on the body.

Loses skin elasticity and collagen can also cause stretch marks. When  skin elasticity and collagen damaged on the skin the result is the stretch mark on the skin.

Some of the ways to reduce or prevent are: by healthy living, check ups from the doctor.

Let's analyze some of these ways in turn :

2. Exercise - Sit Ups :

Sit on the floor with your legs straight in front, bend your knees and bring your feet flat to the floor, slowly lay your upper body down so your back is resting on the floor.
